One of the best ways to learn Spanish is to combine your studies and live with a Mexican family, it is an enriching cultural experience that will last you a lifetime.
You can also inquire for other options such as a hotel or an apartment.

Private Room: Your own personal space to rest and study.
Shared Room: An affordable option sharing a room with another program student.
Flexible Meal Plans:
Breakfast Only: Start your day with a home-cooked Mexican breakfast.
Full Board (3 Meals/Day): Complete daily meal service. (Note: Meals are not prepared by hosts on Sundays, but students have full access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals or explore local dining).
Amenities & Services:
Private/Shared bathroom (typically 2 students per house).
Access to common areas and kitchen.
Wi-Fi internet access.
The Olé Homestay Experience
Vetted & Trusted Families: All host families are carefully screened, visited, and continuously supported by our team to guarantee a safe, welcoming, and clean environment. All of our families are located within walking distance from the school.
Personalized Matching: Prior to arrival, students complete the "Mi casa es tu casa" form so we can match you based on preferences, dietary restrictions, or allergies.
Early Connection: One week before your trip, we share your host family’s profile and bio so you can feel right at home before you even arrive in Mexico.

Specifics
Opened all year-round
All “teaching hours” are 55 minutes.
Written and oral placement exams are administered to new students in order to determine the appropriate level and group for the student.
There is an exam at the end of each level.
A certificate is given at the end of each level.
Teachers are rotated on a weekly basis.
Each week teachers evaluate their students. Groups classes may be redefined as students can progress through the program at a different pace.
Maximum number of students in group class: 5 students.
Group classes begin every Monday (Tuesday when Monday is a National Holiday).
Group classes: If there is no group at students’ level, group classes may be substituted for private classes with fewer hours per week.
Academic Credits
Our objective is for you to have “real-life” communication skills.
We use the right combination of conversation and grammar, our goal is clear and accurate using the four language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Our group classes are divided into one and a half hours of grammar, half an hour of vocabulary and exercises, one hour of workshop rotated daily covering the four skills of the language.
We have designed various practical and dynamic programs and private classes to cover specific needs, such as for students who want to learn for pleasure, for business, students who need academic credits, and for teachers that require TOPT preparation or teacher enrichment.
Services
We are glad to help you and advise you throughout your process, every student is important to us and we make it a rule to have our students feel right at home and at the same time have them accomplish their goal of learning or improving their Spanish, so we invite you to live the experience.
We can give you any information, offer cultural activities, help you book or plan trips around Querétaro or throughout México, we offer conversation classes with Mexicans or other students, there is free internet at school, airport pick up or drop off, we can also get you medical assistant, etc.
