Pick-up service includes a maximum of 3 hours waiting time; an additional 30% of the fee will be charged for additional waiting time.  If the flight is cancelled the total fee will be charged.

QuerÉtaro Airport
We offer pick-up and drop-off service by car with chauffeur.
$54 USD for one student/one way.
$10 USD per additional student/one way. Maximum 3 students per car.
• Service for Groups: please contact us.
• For arrival on a holiday or after 8 pm: additional $10.00 USD per person.
•• If for any reason, you do not find the chauffer, please wait outside the international customs area.  He/she will look for you.

México City Airport
We offer pick-up and drop-off service as follows:
a) By bus with OLÉ Staff:
Someone from our Staff will receive students at the International exit and escort them by bus to Querétaro. Buses leave directly from the airport. On arrival to Querétaro, the staff-member will accompany the student in a taxi to student’s accommodation.  Drop-off is also by bus to the airport.
$215 USD for one student/one way. (includes bus, taxi, and escort)
$26 USD per additional student/one way.

• • Usually there are a lot of people at the airport.  If for any reason you do not find our OLÉ staff member, wait at the entrance of the “Freedom restaurant” between the two international arrival exits.  He/she will look for you.

b) By car with chauffeur:
We also offer this service by car with a chauffeur who will wait for the students at the International gate and bring them to Querétaro by car. Drop-off by car is also available.
$330 USD for one student/one way.
$8 USD per additional student/one way. Maximum 3 students per car.

QuerÉtaro Bus Station
We offer pick-up and drop-off service by car with chauffeur or someone from our staff. Students will be received at the Querétaro bus station and taken to their homestay by car. We will calculate your time of arrival as about 4 to 5 hours after your arrival in Mexico City.
$26.00 USD for one student/one way.
$6 USD per additional student/one way
Maximum 3 students per car.
