Payments
Since we have to organize our class schedules we please ask you to confirm your assistance 2 weeks before your arrival. To do so, you must pay the $70 USD Registration fee (non refundable) + 20% of the programs tuition and homestay (if appicable), without this payment we can NOT register you in our programs.
• All fees must be completely covered by the first day of class. Student will not be allowed to start their course or remain in their homestay, if full fees are not paid by the first day of class.
• All payments made in advance, must be done in USD dollars and can be paid thru PayPal or sent to our bank account in the USDA. by Bank transfer or USA checks or money orders.
• Students can pay balance fees or full fees on arrival.

Payment Methods:
• Paypal: credit cards or transfer can be made through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. We will you send an invoice through PayPal. All payments must be made in U.S Dollars.   All transactions made through Paypal have a 4% surcharge.

• Bank Transfers:  transfers to our US account in Laredo Texas. Our bank in Texas charges a $12.00 USD for every transfer received, please add this fee to your total amount. Additional bank fees (your bank, intermediary banks, etc.) are to be paid by the student as well.  Please consider this and ask your Bank so you can include this amount in the transfer. Fees vary from Bank to Bank and from country to country. International transfers may take 7 to 10 days. Student must cover all Bank fees and we must receive the full quoted amount. If not, student will be charged for this amount on arrival.
