Payments
Since we have to organize our class schedules
we please ask you to confirm your assistance 2 weeks before your
arrival. To do so, you must pay the $65 USD Registration fee (non
refundable) + 20% of the programs tuition, without this payment we
can NOT register you in our programs.
• All fees must be completely covered by the first day of class.
Student will not be allowed to start their course or remain in their
homestay, if full fees are not paid by the first day of class.
• All payments made in advance, must be done in USD dollars and
can be paid thru PayPal or sent to our bank account in the USDA. by
Bank transfer or USA checks or money orders.
• Students can pay balance fees or full fees on arrival.
Payment Methods:
• Credit Cards: payment
thru PayPal. Student
does not need to have a PayPal account. We will send an invoice
through PayPal so the student can pay. All payments must be made
in USD.
• • All credit card transactions are surcharged at 4%. Please
add this amount when filling out the payment information.• •
• Bank Transfers: transfers to our
USD account in Laredo Texas. Please add $10 USD for our bank fees.
Apart from the amount that your Bank will charge you for the transfer
fee, many Banks use intermediary Banks for the transfers. This Banks
charge an additional fee that is normally deducted from the amount
that was sent. Please consider this and ask your Bank so you can
include this amount in the transfer. Fees vary from Bank to Bank
and from country to country. International transfers may take 7 to
10 days. Student must cover all Bank fees and we must receive the
full amount. If not, student will be charged for this amount on arrival.
